Installation Appointment Timeline
- Your installation appointment will only be scheduled once your hardware has arrived. You may expect Field Engineer to contact you within 1–2 working days after the hardware is delivered to schedule an installation appointment time.
- Once your appointment is confirmed, the installation itself shall be completed within these expected timelines:
- Klang Valley (KV), Johor, and Penang: 1–3 working days
- Other areas: 3–5 working days
** Important Note:
- If your purchase order includes multiple hardware devices (e.g., POS, Printer, Router), please add the "On-site Installation" service only ONCE. This single service covers the setup of all eligible items within the same purchase order.
- Cabling and wiring services are not part of our on-site installation. For your convenience, please make sure all necessary wiring is in place at your store prior to our technician's visit for a seamless setup.
